FREE ONLINE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

The Crisis Centre of BC is currently offering free online programs to support mental health and well-being for youth as they navigate these unprecedented times together.
1. Self-Care for Mental Health Workshop – 60-90 minute session, free, online.
2. Mindful Tools for Everyday Living – 4 or 8 sessions, available at no cost for a limited time.
