COURSE SELECTION 2025 PRESENTATIONS

It’s that time of the year again – time to pick courses for next year!

Course selection presentations will be delivered by the counsellors in person during Assessment Week, in the Library. Classes will NOT be in session and all students in grades 8 to 11 are expected to attend their respective grade level presentation. Valuable information will be shared on course options, graduation requirements, deadlines, and more. Please mark your calendars!

UNIVERSITY OF ALBERTA AT MOSCROP – WED. OCTOBER 9!

We are lucky to have our first university visit confirmed for this year, and it’s the University of Alberta! They are sending a special presenter to talk to interested students about the university, its programs, application processes, admissions and more. Don’t miss out – the presentation is on Wednesday, October 9th at lunch in the library. It will start promptly right at the beginning of lunch, so don’t miss out and we’ll see you then!

BCIT BIG INFO SESSION – Wed. October 9th

Course Selection – Deadline is Friday, Feb. 9!

COURSE SELECTION IS DUE THIS WEEK!  A reminder to all Grade 8 to 11 students – MyEd is now OPEN for you to enter your course requests in MyEd. The portal will be open from Feb 5- 9th  Once your courses are entered in MyEd, hand in your paper course selection form to your counsellor in Student Services, room 317. The deadline for both the online MyEd entry and the paper course selection form is FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 9! If you have any questions, please see your counsellor.

BCIT Big Info Session – February 21

BCIT invites prospective students to join them at Big Info night on Wednesday, February 21 from 4–7 pm.  Big Info is the largest program expo and information session at BCIT. It’s an opportunity for students to get all their questions answered by BCIT’s program advisors, current students, as well as faculty from over 300 programs – all in one place.
