A reminder to all students and their families that there will be a Scholastic Book Fair on Wednesday, Nov.28th and Thursday, Nov. 29th in the School Library. The book fair will be held from 12-1 pm and 3-6 pm on Wednesday and 12-1 pm and 3 -5 pm on Thursday. A family event, Breakfast with Books will be held Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8-9 am. This is an opportunity for any parents with or without their children to come and shop before heading off to work. We’ll be serving coffee to the parents and selling muffins and juice from the kitchen adjacent to the library. If you wish to attend this event, please RSVP by email to Birdie Chan or myself (maryanne.higgins@sd41.bc.ca). Families are reminded they must remain in the hallway with their food and drinks, and not go into to the book fair with them. We hope you’ll support this major fundraiser for the school library.
