Scholarships

Scholarships are awarded to Grade 12 students for academic excellence and outstanding school and community service.  Other scholarships are also available through volunteer work, extra-curricular activities and professional affiliations

Students are urged to complete the Burnaby South Profile Form early in the school year to maximise their eligibility for the wide array of scholarships available.  These scholarships are intended for Post-Secondary Education

There are several ways to get information about scholarships…..

  1. Complete the Burnaby South GRADE 12 STUDENT PROFILE SHEET 2016-2017
  2. Watch for the school scholarship newsletter (3-4 issues per year) and for notices advertised on the school monitors
  3. Check regularly in Student Services for updates, posters, and application forms…or see Mr. Kwan in the Career Centre (in Student Services)
  4. Check with the University or College you are interested in attending to find out about their scholarship programs (most have up-to-date websites)
