It’s March, there’s one week till Spring Break, and I saw forsythias in bloom yesterday. All around our neighbourhood bushes are budding, bulbs are popping up, and the rain is coming down. Best of all, I walk to school and back home in the light. I find my reading interests changing with the season as well. Luckily, I was able to go shopping while the grade 12s were having their exit interviews. So there’s a whole lot of new reading starting to make its way to the shelves here in the Library Learning Commons. Whatever your interest, there’s bound to be something to pique it. Fiction, non-fiction, mystery, science fiction, fantasy, … Don’t leave school next Friday without something for those down- and quiet-times during the Break, when your body and brain need a break and a re-charge.
