In language classes, evaluation is ongoing.  It is both formative (small assignments graded throughout the course of a unit) and summative (final tests and projects). Evaluation may include assignments, presentations, tests, quizzes, projects, skits, homework, class work, group work and individual assessment. Evaluation will examine the four ways of knowing a language; reading, writing, speaking and listening. Students may also have the opportunity to present projects using a variety of technologies (power-point, video, etc.).

Benefits of learning French

It is estimated that English speakers who have never studied French already know 15,000 French words. That means you do not need to start from scratch.
