Japanese 11

In this course, students will build upon their knowledge from the previous courses and work towards fluency and mastery of the language.  It is expected that by the end of this course students will:

• Be able to express advance conversational skills in Japanese
• Be able to use verb variations and understand the complexities of Japanese tenses
• Learn more about grammatical structures and be able to construct complex sentences
• Participate in oral and listening activities
• Be fluent in hiragana and katakana script
• Have a deeper understanding of Japanese culture and language
