You are eligible to apply for Emily Carr University if you meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation from Grade 12 Secondary School with a minimum overall GPA of 2.5 (67%)
  • English 12 with a minimum grade of C (60%)
  • 2 Grade 12 Academic Courses Chosen From:

    • History 12
    • Second Language 12
    • Comparative Civilizations 12
    • Geography 12
    • Geology 12
    • BC First Nations Studies 12
    • Biology 12
    • Chemistry 12
    • Principles of Mathematics 12
    • Calculus 12
    • Physics 12
    • American Sign Language 12
    • Conservatory Canada 12
    • Royal Conservatory Music 12
    • Psychology 12
    • Law 12
    • Writing 12 (Creative, Journalism or Media)
    • Marketing 12
    • Accounting 12
    • Applications of Mathematics 12
    • Communications 12
    • Technical and Professional Communications 12
  • 2 Grade 12 Elective Courses

All interim transcripts must be submitted to the University by January 15
