This story was about a mom having a baby. My favourite character was the baby because they’re so small and cute. I liked this story because it was funny. A funny part in this story was when the dad and the mom got the wrong baby. The illustrator really made the babies look funny. The lesson I learned from this story was “never get the wrong baby.” I would recommend this book because babies and their parents would love to read it again and again, because it’s really funny, and because it’s really creative and fun. Will the parents ever get the right baby?

This story is about a kid named Leonardo who is like a class clown. He’s a class clown because he is funny in class. My favourite character was Leonardo because he is funny. I liked the part when he’s not funny for once and instead he rocks back and forth in his chair. A funny part in this book was when he grabs a broom to use as an instrument. The illustrator really is a good artist for kids and the pictures are appropriate. The lesson I learned from this story is don’t be funny and silly in class because you will get in trouble. This story was about Nibble the hamster. I like the part when he ate the box. This story reminds me of a toy I got. A funny part in this when he ate the shirt. The author is really funny. The lesson I learned from this story is don’t have a hamster because it is los of wrk.i would recommend this book because it is silly,a little boring ,and funny. Read this story! This story was about getting the right baby. My favourite part was when the seal slapped the Dad in face. I liked the part when the baby gorilla grabbed onto the mom and dad’s ear. It must have hurt but they didn’t mind it. This story reminds me of going to the zoo and holding a snake. I liked this story because it’s very, very funny. The author really wrote a lot of aaaaaaaaaaaahhhs. The message in this book is to not get the wrong baby. I would recommend this book because they keep getting the wrong baby. This story was about a kid who grew and grew and had a baby. My favourite character was the mom because she sang songs. I liked this story because the kid always gets in trouble for being silly. I liked the part when the kid moves to a new house to have a new family of his own. This story reminds me of when I was a little baby. The illustrator used lots of good pictures. I realized that the same song keeps being passed down in the family.  I would recommend this book because it is a nice story and it has lots of words and creative pictures.  Will the mom finish the song?

This story is about a girl named Temina who was going on an airplane to see her grandma. When she was packing she wanted to bring all her dolls and toys on the plane but her mom said she could only bring one. My favourite part was when Temina gave all her stuff to other kids on the plane and never got them back. A funny part in this book was when Temina didn’t listen to her mom and took 20 toys and 20 dolls on the plane. I liked this story because it was funny and silly. The illustrator really put so much effort drawing all those toys and dolls in the book. The lesson I learned from this book is always listen to your mom. I would recommend this book because it was silly, fun to read and funny. Will Temina ever get her dolls back? Read this book to find out.

This story was about a girl named Ashley who didn’t want her hair braided. My favourite part was when the teacher looked like a porcupine. This story reminds me of when I didn’t want my hair braided. A funny part in this book was when Ashley’s hair was crazy. The illustrator is a really good artist for kids. I realized after reading this story that I want my hair braided too because my hair is very curly after. This story was about Tina’s stinky socks because she never wanted to take them off. My favourite character is Tina’s grandfather because he is really funny. I like the part when Tina’s friends took off Tina’s socks and washed them. I liked the story because it was really funny. A funny part was when a skunk finally fell over by the smell. The illustrator did really well on the pictures. I realized after reading this story that Tina actually liked to clean her socks. I would recommend this book because it’s funny, it’s creative and it’s weird.  Will Tina ever wash her socks again?  Read this book to find out.

This story was about a girl and Dad who were ice fishing. My favourite part was when the Dad found a $ 50,000 bill in the water. I liked this story because it is funny and has a lot of detail. A funny part in this book is when a chocolate bar came up out of the water and the girl grabbed it and she got pulled into the water. The illustrator put a lot of effort in drawing great pictures. The lesson I learned from this story is do not grab anything in the water. I would recommend this book because it is funny, really detailed and both the author and illustrator put lots of effort into this book. Does the Dad fall in the water? Read this book to find out.

This story was about two girls who jumped in deep snow. They fell down a big hole. They were stuck and could not get out. I like the part when the dad pulled the girls out of the snow with a jet.  My favourite character was Ali because she jumped in the snow and I like her because she JUMPED first!  A funny part in this book was when Ali and Kate jumped in the white snow. I would recommend this book because it is funny, exciting and silly.  Will Ali and Kate ever get out of the hole?

This story was about a kid named Anna. I liked the part when she went up, up, up, up, up and then she fell down.  This story reminds me of my sister when she climbed the tree.  I like this story because Anna went up, up, up, up and fell down again.  The author really put a lot of effort into his illustrations.  I would recommend this book because it is good.  It is funny and it has a good surprise.  Will Anna ever get down from the tree?  Read this book to find out.

This story was about a moose that came in Luke’s yard, and his parents tried to shoo the moose away. Also, my favourite character is Luke because he is funny. He is funny because he looks like he is an 8 year old but he talks like he is a 5 or 6 year old. Also, I liked the part when Luke fed the moose carrots. I liked that part because it was interesting and I wasn’t sure what the moose would do to Luke when he tried to feed him. The Illustrator really drew interesting pictures too! Also I learned that the message was never mess with a moose, otherwise the moose will chase you! I would recommend this book to kids/adults who like funny, interesting and exciting books. Will the family ever get the moose out of Luke’s yard?

This story was about Isaac and Elena and they were acting like lions. My favourite character is Isaac because he was roaring at all the different animals. I like the part was when they made a home for the mouse. A funny part in this book was when Isaac and Elena were roaring at the animals. The author really made the story funny. I realized after reading this story the dog ate a very big bone. I would recommend this book because it teaches people to not roar at animals. It is funny and it has very good pictures. What do you think will happen to Elena and Isaac when they get to the school?

This story is about a girl that had too much stuff. My favourite part was when she was arguing with her mom. This story reminds me of when I cleaned my toys up.  A funny part in this book was when the main character jumped on her backpack to try and fit all her toys into it. The illustrator put a lot of detail in the pictures. The lesson I learned from this book was to not argue with your mom. I would recommend this book because it is funny and weird.  You should not pack too much stuff when you are going on a trip.  What do you think happened on the airplane to all of the girl’s stuff?

This story was about a boy that made a sand house for a contest but the judges thought it was a real house. My favourite character was Matthew because he is creative and built a very cool sand house. This story reminds me of when I go to the beach with my family. We also love to build sandcastles together. A funny part in this book was when Matthew kicked the sand house down and the judges got trapped in a big pile of sand. The author really put a lot of effort in this book. The message in this book was never judge a book by its cover. I would recommend this book because it is funny, creative, and fun.

This story was about Andrew having to go pee. My favourite part was when Andrew threw one snowball and he yelled, “I have to go pee.”  I like the part when his mother, his father, his grandma and grandpa all yelled, “Andrew, do you have to go pee?”  A funny part in this book was when Andrew said, “I have to go pee.”  The illustrator drew a very funny picture of Andrew peeing behind a bush and his father got mad while waiting for him.  I realized after reading this story that it is important to go pee before going somewhere. I would recommend this book because it is funny, smart, interesting, and entertaining. Will Andrew have to go pee again?

This story was about a baby that grew and grew and grew. My favourite part was when the baby threw his mom’s watch in the toilet. A funny part in this book was when the man hugged the mom.  The author really wrote juicy words in the story.  The illustrator really added detail to the pictures.  I realized after reading this story that it was interesting.  I would recommend this book because it is silly.  Will the daughter behave and do the same things as the man when she grows up?

This story was about a girl that wanted a new pair of socks. My favourite part was when Tina gets a pet skunk. This story reminds me of when I didn’t want to take my tiny socks off because I loved them so much. My favourite stuffy wears my tiny socks now. A funny part in this book was when all the animals fall down. The illustrator is a really good artist. The lesson I learned from this story is don’t wear my socks for too long. I would not recommend this book because it would get everyone laughing and silly. Kids would ask me to read it again and again. What would happen if Tina never took her socks off ever again?

This story was about going outside in a blizzard. My favourite part was when Jasmine ate pizza. I like the part when she got tickled. This story reminds me of when my brother tickles me. A funny part in this book was when she sang funny songs. The lesson in the story is not to go outside when there is a blizzard. I would recommend this book because you need to find out if Jasmine will ever go out in a blizzard again. Do you think Jasmine will go outside?

This story is about Andrew. He has a loose tooth that he want to get pulled out but it won’t come out. His mom tried to pull his loose tooth out but couldn’t. He tried to bite an apple again and again but it hurt his loose tooth. Next, his dad tried to pull out the loose tooth with pliers. Finally, they called the dentist for help. My favorite part was when the dentist got a big long rope and tied it to Andrew’s tooth. He tied the rope onto his car. This story reminds me of when I had 6 teeth pulled out at the dentist. A funny part in this book was when Andrew yelled “YEEE-OW!” when he eats the apple. Read this book if you like a funny story.
