We’d like to remind you that the final application deadline for the 2021/2022 academic year is January 15, 2021. Students can review the Okanagan and Vancouver admission requirements, as well as the application process, online. We will reach out to applicants in late January via email with more information about collecting grades.
After applying to UBC
BC applicants who submit their UBC online application after December 2 must provide UBC with their Personal Education Number (PEN) and order a transcript via StudentTranscripts.gov.bc.ca by January 31. When ordering a transcript, applicants should select “Send my transcript now and allow this post-secondary institution to request transcript updates”, and choose the default date (one year from the date of their order), so that UBC can receive their interim and final grades continuously.
First-round offers of admission for applicants who submitted their UBC online application on or before December 2 will be going out soon and will continue until the end of February.

English Language Admissions Standard deadline: February 15, 2021
To meet the English Language Admissions Standard (ELAS), students need to complete four or more consecutive years of recognized, full-time education in English within Canada immediately prior to attending UBC.
