Hello Nelson Students and Families,

I miss you! I am so sorry that I am not able to see you here at the library right now. I wish I had sent everyone home with 100 books before Spring Break! I hope that you all are doing well at home, and I look forward to seeing everyone sometime soon.

You all know how much I love reading and books, and I’m always trying to share that love of reading with you. If you have books at home, please read, read, read! It’s even ok to read the same book over and over again.

I will be updating this blog frequently to give you some other reading options. Stay tuned for online reading suggestions in the future, but for now I will include the link to Tumblebooks. This website has some awesome read alouds and online books for kids of all grade levels. Check it out here !

Also, keep recording on your Book Beast sheets. When you finish a sheet, you can take a photo and email it to me at Heather.Roberts@burnabyschools.ca.
