The Central community is asked to do at least one of these health activities for the next five consecutive days!
- take at least one, one minute breathing break (breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth)
- stretch for at least 5 minutes
- exercise for at least 15 minutes
- do not eat any packaged/processed food
- write in a journal
- make a list of three things you’re grateful for
- set a positive intention in the morning
- meditate for at least five minutes
- send at least one thank you email to someone – do a random act of kindness
- drink 8 cups of water
- get 7-8 hours of sleep
- delete my social media accounts
- take social media off your phone
- turn phone to black and white (no colour, done through “Colour Filters” on Settings)
- make my bed in the morning
- start a bedtime routine…
- do not play video games
- eliminate guilt when I do something for myself – go for a 15-minute walk
- mending friendships
- no fast food
- eat one fruit and one vegetable
- take a bath
- rest my legs against the wall for 10 minutes – learn some
- spend 30 minutes in nature
