Anti-Bullying Day- Dance Performance

Posted on February 23, 2021 by mcallisterc

Alpha Secondary Dance Company Presents their ‘Pink Shirt Day’ Dance 2021 to Demi Lovato’s ‘Ok not to be Ok’. This hip-hop and contemporary piece, choreographed by Ms. Ranford, explores the themes of isolation and mental health and finding the strength to find yourself through connecting with others. No matter how down you might feel, you are never truly one.
