Tours are Open for Registration

Tour registration will open on October 18 at 8:00am only to those that have already RSVP’d . Students can continue to RSVP over the weekend to gain access to the tour registration. Tour registration will open to the public on our website beginning October 21.

Lab Tours:

Experience what some of our lab courses are like and gain more perspective about some of the research happening within UBC Engineering.

Student Team Tours:

After a presentation from the highlighted team, you’ll be guided through our Student Design Teams. For students interested in joining a Design Team, hands-on extracurricular experience, competing nationally and internationally or working on a team, this is a great introduction to our Student Design Teams!

Student Experience Tours:

Explore what our students do outside of the classroom – the Student Experience Tour is a mini campus tour highlighting some of the places our students frequent to study, eat, and have fun. You’ll see some libraries, a residence dining hall, state of the art fitness centres, and more!

Women in Engineering Lunch

11:00am and 12:00pm

Girls in grades 10, 11, and 12 interested in engineering are invited to have lunch with us! A panel of women engineers and engineering students will share their experience, followed by a chance to network with current engineering students.

Engineer Your Future

An experience for Indigenous High School students
10:00am to 3:00pm

Indigenous students in Grades 8-12 and their parents and caregivers are invited to join our current UBC Engineering Indigenous students who will share their own experiences while guiding students through everything that the UBC Engineering & Architecture Open House has to offer.
