Intro to CBT for teens by the Burnaby Primary Care Networks. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a technique anyone can use to change internal thinking patterns (the thoughts in our head). This can help to improve mood (how we are feeling). It is a way to be mindful and aware in order to manage anxiety, stress, and more.
