Gilpin held its 3rd annual Readers’ Choice Award last week. Primary students voted for their favourite of three picture books. This year’s winner was The Wolf, the Duck, & the Mouse by Mac Barnett and Jon Klassen. This funny, modern day animal fable is available to borrow from our library!
This year’s Readers’ Choice Award was designed by Tienna in Div. 7. Congratulations, Tienna! It was hard to pick just one design, so the back cover features three more designs by Nishaan (Div. 6 ), Vienna (Div. 8), and Sarik (Div. 8). Great job, everyone!
