Pep Rally 2016

This year’s fall Pep Rally was a huge success with all of our fall teams participating: junior girls and boys volleyball, senior girls vball, cross country, theatre production, Burnaby Winter Club hockey, Whitecaps (boys/girls).  We had some very close tug-o-war battles.  A highlight was the junior girls victory over the junior boys.  Congrats to the theatre production and Whitecaps boys who needed a dance off to settle the Top Spirit Award.  Thanks to all the teams and supporters who came out!2016-cross 2016

Wildcat Week and Pep Rally!

The school will be holding our annual pep rally to support our school teams on Thursday Nov. 3.  To get in the school spirit, there will be a Wildcat Week from Tuesday Nov 1st till the day of the pep rally, which will be held on Thursday at lunch.  Starting on Tuesday,  there will be a mathlete vs. athlete day where students can dress up.  Also, the senior girls are challenging the senior boys to a volleyball match at lunch.  Furthermore, the next day will be Wildcat Wednesday where students and teachers can dress up as a Wildcat.  Lastly on the day of the pep rally on Thursday, staff and students are asked to wear the Central colours to show their Central spirit.  Then at lunch in the large gym our fall teams will be challenging each other to a tug of war competition.  Don’t be afraid to come out and show your wildcat spirit!
