English 12 (not Communications 12) with a grade of B is required as course pre-requisite for English courses.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Math Requirement<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Foundations of Math 11 with a minimum grade of \u201cC\u201d will meet the requirements for most programs including admission requirements to universities however; students applying to a Science or University Transfer Business program will need to complete their Pre-calculus 12 with a minimal grade of \u201cB\u201d. Students with lower than a \u201cB\u201d must write a Math assessment (pre-calculus or calculus readiness) prior to registration. Douglas College offers upgrading courses in mathematics.
