{"id":742,"date":"2011-06-03T14:40:46","date_gmt":"2011-06-03T14:40:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/10.155.6.59\/south-counselling\/"},"modified":"2018-02-24T19:43:50","modified_gmt":"2018-02-24T19:43:50","slug":"main-type-of-scholarships","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/south-counselling\/scholarships\/main-type-of-scholarships\/","title":{"rendered":"Main Type of Scholarships"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Provincial Exam Scholarship ($1000)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Students must achieve at least a \u201cB\u201d (73% or above) final\u00a0mark (provincial exam and school mark combined) in one of the Language Arts 12 (Communications 12 or English 12)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On the remainder of the Mandatory Provincial Exams (Science 10, English 10, Math 10, Social Studies 11), students must achieve at least one \u201cA\u201d (86% or higher)\u00a0and three \u201cB\u201ds (73% or higher).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">FYI...<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Students who have met all scholarship requirements under the\u00a0old rules but have not graduated prior to August 31, 2011 and do not qualify for scholarship under the new rules will be awarded a scholarship based on the work done prior to August 31, 2011<\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Provincial Exam Scholarship ($2500)<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Students must meet the\u00a0eligibility of the Provincial Exam Scholarship ($1000) --&gt;
