{"id":359,"date":"2011-05-18T09:44:02","date_gmt":"2011-05-18T16:44:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/10.155.6.59\/south-counselling\/"},"modified":"2019-09-24T21:26:04","modified_gmt":"2019-09-24T21:26:04","slug":"school-leaving-ceremony","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/south-counselling\/graduation\/school-leaving-ceremony\/","title":{"rendered":"School Leaving Ceremony"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This formal assembly of Grade 12 students, parents, relatives and friends, marks the completion of 13 years of schooling.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>In order to be invited to both the Grad Dinner Dance &amp; The School Leaving Ceremony, students in Grade 12\u00a0MUST\u00a0BE A\u00a0STUDENT IN GOOD STANDING<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students may only attend the School Leaving Ceremony once.<\/p>\n<p>The School Leaving Ceremony fee is $80.00, and it includes the gown, two tickets to the School Leaving Ceremony, and a souvenir Graduation Cap &amp; Tassel. \u00a0The deadline for payment of the School Leaving Ceremony fee is <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>March 6th<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>All Burnaby Secondary Schools hold their School Leaving Ceremonies at the Bill Copeland Centre in Burnaby.<\/p>\n<p>The School Leaving Ceremony will take place Sunday, May 24th at 2pm<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NOTE: \u00a0The Ceremony Rehearsal is at 12pm on Friday, May 22nd, and is<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em> mandatory<\/em><\/span> to attend<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This formal assembly of Grade 12 students, parents, relatives and friends, marks the completion of 13 years of schooling.
