The University of Waterloo will be offering the Sir Isaac Newton Exam in the spring this year. Please see below for more details.

Sir Isaac Newton Exam Information

  • The exam is written online.
  • The cost  of the SIN exam is $3.00 CAD per exam.
  • Login information will be sent to the teacher around April 30. Old user ids and passwords will be obsolete.
  • Your school will have a two hour time frame in which to write the exam. Pick whatever two hour time frame works best for your school.
  • Students can write on a school computer or bring in their own laptop.
  • You will be able to view the results a few days after the exam. If one of your students receives a mark above a certain threshold, you can send in their solutions for hand marking.
