We use this app regularly in The Learning Centre (TLC) for weekly mindfulness practice. It is available online or as a mobile app, and it is currently being offered for free.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.calm.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Calm:<\/strong><\/a> This mindfulness app has a huge number of mindfulness meditations on a variety of topics. In addition, it offers a wide selection of calming background music, sleep stories for children and adults, and master class series on a variety of topics. We frequently use the background scenes and music in TLC to create a calm work space for students.
