We are now almost a week into the new year.\u00a0 We’re back to school, diving right back in.\u00a0 This quarter system doesn’t allow for any breathing room!\u00a0 I hope you took some time to relax and have fun over the holidays.\u00a0 I did a lot<\/strong><\/em> of reading; some fluff and some more substantial.\u00a0 It was wonderful.
\nThis is traditionally the time to think about changes we want to make.\u00a0 It may feel like there isn’t time for change or learning something new, but it doesn’t have to be big.\u00a0 You can make changes of just a few minutes every day.\u00a0 Taking the time to do something different can help you to do the regular things with more energy and efficiency.\u00a0 Maybe you can learn to cook something new, start a new hobby (photography or sewing?), or dig into your passions (build a recording studio or start\u00a0 a webcomic or zine?).
