We&#8217;re excited to be beginning a new school year! The counsellors can be found in Student Services (room 317), and they are assigned to students according to their surname (alphabetically):<\/p>\n<p>A &#8211; G:\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Mr. Steko \u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ivan.steko@burnabyschools.ca\">ivan.steko@burnabyschools.ca<\/a><\/p>\n<p>H &#8211; L:\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Ms. Vancic\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:olga.vancic@burnabyschools.ca\">olga.vancic@burnabyschools.ca<\/a><\/p>\n<p>M &#8211; S:\u00a0 \u00a0 Mr. Tyfting\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:kevin.tyfting@burnabyschools.ca\">kevin.tyfting@burnabyschools.ca<\/a><\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; Z:\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ms. Niccoli-Harris\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:tina.niccoli-harris@burnabyschools.ca\">tina.niccoli-harris@burnabyschools.ca<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Counsellors will be very busy for the first couple of weeks in September, assisting students who have incomplete timetables or errors with their courses. Course change requests will <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>not<\/strong> <\/span>be accepted by email; students much complete an online Course Change Request Form, available here: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/r\/eCrNFYc9kB\">https:\/\/forms.office.com\/r\/eCrNFYc9kB<\/a><\/p>\n<div>This online Course Change Request form is open from Tuesday, Sept 2 until <strong>Monday, September 8 at<\/strong> <strong>4:00pm.<\/strong> As is the case every year, some students are unable to get all courses they requested due to course conflicts (two courses requested are offered at the same time) or space availability.\u00a0 We are only prioritizing these requests at this time:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">student is missing courses required to\u00a0<b>graduate\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">student is in the\u00a0<b>incorrect grade level\u00a0<\/b>of classes \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">student has an\u00a0<b>incomplete schedule\u00a0<\/b>and is missing one or more courses\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Please note that counsellors are receiving a high volume of emails at this time and, as such, will not be responding to emails regarding course changes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Thank you for your patience and understanding,<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>-The Moscrop Counselling Team<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome back to our returning Moscrop students, and a special welcome to all new students this year!
