Positive Affirmations

Positive Affirmations are statements or phrases that one can repeat to oneself with intent and repetition to promote and instill a positive belief or mindset. By focusing on the positive aspect of a situation, we can become more optimistic and reduce negative thought patterns. Affirmations can also be used with breathing techniques or a hand on your heart for grounding.

Here are some examples:

I am a strong, confident person

I give myself permission to make mistakes

I deserve happiness and success

I am safe, healthy and capable

I am right where I should be

I choose to see the good

Benefits of positive affirmations:

  • Reduces stress

  • Fosters mindfulness
