PLEASE READ!\u00a0\u00a0If you are having issues with\u00a0the RPI\u00a0launching consistently and some of our sites are showing up with multiple archiving tending to corrupt and fragment the data files — please see the steps below.\u00a0<\/p>\n

STEPS TO FOLLOW: <\/span><\/h3>\n

When student is COMPLETE and ready to move on, go to ENROL > ASSIGN.\u00a0\u00a0 DO NOT<\/strong><\/span> <\/span>change the grade level – this must be the same as when you did the initial RPI.\u00a0 Click on Finish button.\u00a0 Close program (x in upper right corner).\u00a0 Count to 3.<\/p>\n

Relaunch Gateway program.\u00a0 In Exercises, select student and you should see the RPI icon to the right.\u00a0\u00a0 Once student has finished the RPI, allow 24 hours to upload the data to progress tracker.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Next day: \u00a0ENROL > ASSIGN.\u00a0 Choose next product (Language – Reading or Literacy Advanced).\u00a0<\/p>\n

**Note: any grade level changes tends to break the sequence of the data and it assumes that there is a continuation and therefore does not offer an RPI.\u00a0 (This is seen in those individuals who take over a school year to move through the 2 products or the teacher decides to bump up the grade number.)<\/p>\n

**Assigning a second product without Finishing\/closing the previous product will also result in the above.\u00a0 Only\u00a0assign one product at a time.\u00a0\u00a0 (When you click on the student, you should only see 1 icon on the right side.)<\/p>\n
