A\u00a0number of items are new this Autumn.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foundations 1, along with error reports are complete (Last year, it was in progress.)<\/li>\n<li>Student Errors are in a single report making it easier to review<\/li>\n<li>Reading Readiness and the RPI have been upgraded to html (No more Flash!)<\/li>\n<li>Usability of Foundation 1 and 2 improved &#8211; clean design making it easier to understand<\/li>\n<li>Reading Levels are in progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These go a long way in making the program more efficient at responding to needs.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>New Series<\/strong>\u00a0sessions scheduled in the SD Calendar (08:30-12:00):\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tues Sept 24:<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Start with Cognitive programs<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tues Oct 8: Reading Levels &#8211; Linking reading skills; Reading Assistant -fluency\/comprehension\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tues Jan 21 &#8211; Reports and Interventions\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These sessions are for anyone interested in using the program to support struggling readers. Workshops include beginning the program, jumpstart for those who are looking for a refresher and for those seeking updated interventions and reports review. Please email if you have any questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O365 Resources:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All students have access to O365. This suite includes a group of tools (Immersive Reader &#8211; text-to-speech, Dictate &#8211; speech-to-text, pictorial dictionary&#8230;), which is a great complement for all learners, but especially for students who struggle with reading or writing.
