These rich interactives provide another way to curate and organize information. I&#8217;ve written about this before using the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/learningtech\/2013\/10\/08\/using-technologies-with-a-purpose\/\" target=\"_blank\">SAMR Model<\/a>\u00a0as an example (developed by\u00a0Dr. Ruben Puentedura, Ph.D) and also\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/digisandbox.wordpress.com\/2013\/07\/07\/in-my-backyard-clmooc\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>\u00a0where I was participating in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.nwp.org\/clmooc\/\" target=\"_blank\">CLMOOC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/thinglink.com\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Thinglink<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0offers interaction tools that tag photos or images with a a whole group of content, adding a layering effect. The system is built on the use of tags to add more information like audio, other images, web links, video, text information and anything else you might think you wish. Images can be from multiple sources and even a collage of images built through a program like\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.picmonkey.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Picmonkey<\/a>\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/learningtech\/2013\/12\/13\/app-8-of-10-apps-to-countdown-season\/\" target=\"_blank\">see App #8<\/a>) or Pic Collage (app on ipad). \u00a0That leads me to think, why not use this as an infographic to visually showcase statistics. Swap PowerPoint with\u00a0<strong>Thinglink<\/strong>\u00a0and see where it takes you.
