Brainstorm as a class: What is self-care? (write down responses on the whiteboard)

Handout: “Types of Self-Care” worksheet; have students work on completing it, adding at least one method of self-care they will use in each of the domains (the graphic on the following page can be used as an example or for ideas for students who are stuck)
