If yes, this scholarship may be for you.<\/div>\n<div title=\"Page 1\"><\/div>\n<h4><strong>POST-SECONDARY SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE CREATIVE SECTOR<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"left-col\">\n<p>This needs-based scholarship is designed specifically to help students overcome socio-economic barriers that may prevent them from enrolling in a post-secondary program in the creative sector.<\/p>\n<p>Creative Launchpad can be used for programs such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visual &amp; Media Art<\/li>\n<li>Theatre<\/li>\n<li>Dance<\/li>\n<li>Arts Administration<\/li>\n<li>Graphic Design<\/li>\n<li>Photography<\/li>\n<li>Curatorial Studies<\/li>\n<li>Music Production<\/li>\n<li>Game Design<\/li>\n<li>Fashion, Makeup, and Hair<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifying Applicants<\/strong><br \/>\nQualifying applicants are those who:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Will be graduated from secondary school with a Dogwood Diploma by August 31, 2019<\/li>\n<li>Are Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents residing, or having completed high school in BC<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a need for financial assistance<\/li>\n<li>Will be pursuing full-time studies in an approved post-secondary program in the creative sector<\/li>\n<li>Have two adults complete a \u201cNominator Form\u201d to be submitted alongside their application form<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>More information and application form is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.artsumbrella.com\/scholarships-bursaries\/creative-launchpad\/\">HERE<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Due Friday, May 3rd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you dedicated to a future in the Arts?
