UBC requires a Personal Profile. The Personal Profile is used to assess a student’s preparedness for university. Applicants\u00a0are asked to reflect on past experiences, accomplishments, and challenges by answering five to seven\u00a0questions. Undergraduate entrance scholarships<\/b><\/div>\n
The\u00a0Major Entrance Scholarship<\/a>\u00a0program recognizes exceptional students for their academic and non-academic achievements by offering awards valued up to $40,000. Students who apply by\u00a0December 1<\/b>\u00a0will be automatically considered for this award.<\/div>\n

The\u00a0Centennial Scholars Entrance Award<\/a>\u00a0is designed to improve access to post-secondary education for students facing significant financial barriers. This award is valued up to $80,000\u00a0and requires a\u00a0separate application<\/a>. Deadline to apply is\u00a0December 1.\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n

A number of Major Entrance Scholarships and Centennial Scholars Entrance Awards are designated specifically for Aboriginal students. Applicants can\u00a0self-identify as Aboriginal in their\u00a0application to UBC<\/a>.<\/div>\n
