Every year our graduating students have the opportunity to apply to receive a Visual and Performing Arts Diploma or Certificate, as an acknowledgement of their years of work within our department, in our various disciplines.<\/p>\n
The Diploma<\/strong> requires that from grades 8 through 12 a student has completed 7 courses<\/strong> within any ARTS<\/strong> discipline.<\/p>\n The Certificate<\/strong> requires that from grades 8 through 12 a student has completed 5 courses<\/strong> within any ARTS<\/strong> discipline.<\/p>\n Please note that this is not an acknowledged specialty program, but simply a way to recognize dedicated work in an Arts field, which is a wonderful addition to a resume or post-secondary application.<\/p>\n A student must be able to list courses taken, and with which teacher, in the following disciplines: *Outside of timetable classes also apply to the program.<\/p>\n See Mrs. McAllister with questions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Every year our graduating students have the opportunity to apply to receive a Visual and Performing Arts Diploma or Certificate, as an acknowledgement of their years of work within our department, in our various disciplines.
