Radio Play Scenes with Theatre Production PM

Posted on April 16, 2021April 16, 2021 by mcallisterc

I wanted to share with you what our Theatre Production PM class has been working on. They are preparing for our Mainstage Double-Feature Radio Plays, by spending the last unit learning the art of Foley, sound composition, sound effects, voice artistry and recording. They also studied and analyzed 7 of our most famous radio plays in recording history. Here are few short scenes from their final project before we begin work on our show. The scenes are from some of the most famous classic radio plays of all time. They recorded and created their own Foley sound! It’s been fabulous having the kids learn about a period of performance before all our screens. A magical time of rebirth!
Enjoy! Full-length features coming to you in May!!!
