If you believe you meet the following criteria, please complete the application. All official applications will be forwarded to the District committee for consideration and selection will ultimately be based on first come first serve basis and then by final percentage and experience in the area.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>DUE JUNE 1st<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Please review the criteria and complete the application.
