Thursday, May 3rd is your last Graduation Transitions Interivew date. Please see Ms. Tsai in C118 if you have any questions. Click May 3rd Interview Times_Revised to find out your interview time.
Reminders:
- Rehearse what you are going to say and make sure it is roughly 15 minutes
- Review the Interview Rubric
- Make sure your presentation/documents/evidences are clean, neat and presentable
- Arrive 10 minutes before your appointed time
- Dress appropriately as you would for a formal job interview
- MUST bring Resume and 2-3 pieces of evidence that best showcase your accomplishments/skills/interests

BCIT is having an OPEN HOUSE! It is a two-day event that gives you the opportunity to learn about BCIT programs, check-out student-created displays, meet current students, test-drive applied hands-on learning and win prizes by entering “Open House Challenge”.
Open House will take place on Friday, April 13 (9:00 am – 4:00 pm) and Saturday, April 14 (9:00 am - 3:00 pm), 2012.

Tickets for the Dry Grad Event will be on sale the week of April 10-13th, right after the Easter break.
Tickets are $50 and will be sold just outside the cafeteria during lunch hours during that week.
There will only be 200 tickets, so it is all First-Come-First-Serve
Dry Grad will take place immediately after the dinner dance on Friday, May 11th.

New Image College (academy for Film Acting, Film & TV Make-up, and Special Effects), wants you to job shadow on the set of our latest feature film!
You will be interning for three days (maximum 10 hours per day) working with professionals to help make a hit!
Requirements:
- General Job Shadowing Requirements
- Drama Student Job Shadowing
- Must have BOTH Grade 11 and Grade 12 Drama
- Must have maintained a Drama Grade of 90% or higher
- Make-Up Artist Job Shadowing
- Must be in creative arts or design courses (either in school or as extracurricular study)
- Alternately: must have taken cosmetology courses or hair design in school
