Family Literacy Day is almost here. I hope you are all able to spend some great quality time with each other and incorporate some literacy component into you day. Lost and Found
Lost and Found clothing is being displayed in the hallway by the Community Room until Thursday, Jan 12th. Please come by and claim any items that may be yours (or your child’s). Also, there is a free table of winter clothing for anyone who might need them. Please help yourselves.
Cookbook Sales
Simon Blake has made a difference in the community. He sold his cookbooks and received donations in the amount of $160.00. He has also sold cookbooks at the area after his hockey game and at the Vancouver Giants game. Fundraiser
FUNDRAISER: Simon will be ‘selling’ his homemade recipe books to raise money for the Stoney Creek Community Food Bank. He would like a minimum $2.00 donation. He will be selling them from Nov. 28 – Dec. 2 in the community room from 10:30 – 10:45. If you want to buy them outside of that time, drop by the community room.

Bring your family and come enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast
including sausages, juice (orange or apple), coffee and
hot chocolate; and a fun-filled time visiting with Santa.
Participate in making a craft. Sing Christmas songs!
Breakfast served between 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Visit with Santa 10:45 a.m.-11:15 a.m.
We will not be taking special Santa Photos, but you are welcome and
encouraged to bring your own cameras.
