Career-Life Connections 12 (CLC 12)<\/strong> <\/span>is a two-credit course required by the BC Ministry of Education for Graduation. This is a non-enrolling course which means students are responsible for participating in mandatory sessions, check-ins and completing assignments at home on Teams with support avaialble from CLC teachers at school. Students will gain insight and knowledge for their transition into post-secondary, the work force and their personal life journey. This course culminates in a Graduation Project that will be presented in person in the spring, more details will be shared during the first meeting.<\/p>\n

Assignments will be posted to Office365 Teams. Please see the Teams Tab for information on how to access and use Teams.<\/p>\n

Term 1<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. September 15, 2023, 8:30 am in the MJF Theatre\u00a0 – CLC 12 Session #1: Introduction Session<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Setember 21, 2023, 11:55 pm in the MP Room – CLC 12 Introduction Session Make-up<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Starting November 2023 – Individual Check-ins<\/strong> to discuss how your project is progressing. The meeting schedule will be posted outside Student Services during the last week of October.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Term 2<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. January 12, 2024, 8:30 am in the MJF Theatre –\u00a0 CLC 12 Session #2 Mandatory Preparation Meeting <\/strong>discuss expectations for your Graduation Project Presentation.<\/li>\n
    2. Starting February 2024 until March 8, 2024 – Graduation Project Presentations. See schedule posted in Teams and outside the Career programs Office mid-January 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
