Presentation Dates:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Q3: April 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12 (Sign-up outside student services)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Q4: May 17 to 31 (No sign-up required, check scheduled date and time outside student services)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">2. Choose a presentation method. See slides for examples, click here: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/south-gradtransitions\/files\/2021\/02\/CLC-12-Prep-Meeting-for-Grad-Project-Revised.pdf\">CLC 12 Prep Meeting for Final Presentation<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">3. Prepare your presentation:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Think about: organization, creativity, use of visuals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Presentation is no more than 10 minutes long (between 8 \u2013 10 minutes).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">4. Prepare a script for your presentation and rehearse (should be note\/cue card free). <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">MUST include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Discussion about your initial project goal, the process, and the end result<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Share at least 4 artifacts\/evidence of what you did throughout the project<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Makes strong connections between personal growth and the Graduation Project journey<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Reflect on challenges, successes and new learnings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Reflect on personal, post-graduation and\/or career goals<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">5. Prepare your Portfolio to be handed in <strong><u>on the day of your presentation<\/u><\/strong>. <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">MUST include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Printed hard copy and stapled together<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Title page: Project title, first and last name, and student number<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Up-to-date Grad Project Plan: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/south-gradtransitions\/files\/2020\/10\/CLC-12-Final-Grad-Project-Plan-with-Example-Copy.docx\">CLC 12 &#8211; Final Grad Project Plan (with Example)<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Log sheets (Q1, Q2, Q3 &amp; Q4 \u2013 Q4 not applicable if presenting in Q3) with parent\/guardian signatures: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/south-gradtransitions\/files\/2021\/02\/Quarter-1-Log-Sheet-1.docx\">Quarter 1 Log Sheet<\/a>, <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/south-gradtransitions\/files\/2021\/02\/Quarter-2-Log-Sheet-1.docx\">Quarter 2 Log Sheet,<\/a> <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/south-gradtransitions\/files\/2021\/02\/Quarter-3-Log-Sheet.docx\">Quarter 3 Log Sheet,<\/a> <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/south-gradtransitions\/files\/2021\/02\/Quarter-4-Log-Sheet.docx\">Quarter 4 Log Sheet<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Resource Page: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/south-gradtransitions\/files\/2021\/02\/Resources-Page.docx\">Resources Page<\/a><\/span>\u00a0**should include at least one resource from each category to obtain full marks<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">6. On the day of your presentation:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Prepare a business casual outfit for the presentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">A<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">rrive to the presentation room (MPR) 10 mins early. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">You will be given 5 minutes to set up. <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">You will be provided a PC laptop and projector.
