As you begin practicing at home, remember that short, fun practice sessions are incredibly effective<\/strong>\u2014even just a couple of minutes a day can make a big difference. Feel free to try the activities we shared or get creative with your own ideas. What matters most is keeping it light, enjoyable, and stress\u2011free for everyone. When practice feels like play, children are more engaged, more confident, and more willing to try.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
