SEL group meeting, presentation on Bullying – neat perspectives shared by Shelley Hymel and Mariam Miller.
\nThree Key possibilities to their character
\n1) Psychopathology
\n2) Part of Growing up
\n3) Human Nature
\ngood discussion on each sub area and then we shared some ideas about school culture and proactive strategies.
\nRestitution seems to be key to the conversation, making kids aware of how their actions affect others. We need to make the child see what’s in it for them, to change behaviour – they usually requires some motivating factors as “WHY” to change behaviours<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
