Career Life Connections (CLC) 11 & 12 are both 2 credit courses intended to support and guide students for a successful transition to life after secondary school.\u00a0 In these courses, students learn how to recognize and cultivate relevant opportunities and supportive relationships, and continually re-evaluate and build on their plans that they began in Career Life Education 10.\u00a0 Emphasis in CLC 11&12 is put on students becoming self-aware life-long learners who understand that their interests may develop and change over time, but that being continually aware of one\u2019s own self-identity will shape their career-life choices.<\/p>\n

CLC 11&12 ARE\u00a0MANDATORY\u00a0COURSES FOR GRADUATION!\u00a0 STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE 2 CREDITS FOR COMPLETING EACH COURSE (4 CREDITS IN TOTAL).\u00a0 STUDENTS MUST SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE\u00a0 COURSE WORK TO PASS BOTH CLC 11 AND CLC 12 IN ORDER TO GRADUATE.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

CLC 11&12 are off-timetable courses that will require students to at complete lessons and assignments at home with support available from CLC teachers in school.\u00a0 CLC 11&12 will culminate in a portfolio project towards the end of the grade 12 year.<\/p>\n
