She shows how easily these short, kid-friendly exercises can be used by anyone, in a variety of settings.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PyAEJoAMtz8&amp;list=PLILNYFQjcXDl9229mHQ3Y6EOt4zGnAXdS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Click here to see guided Mindful Moments by Kira Willey online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Intro to CBT for teens by the Burnaby Primary Care Networks.\u00a0 <strong>Cognitive Behavioural Therapy<\/strong> (CBT) is a technique anyone can use to change internal thinking patterns (the thoughts in our head). This can help to improve mood (how we are feeling).
