Call or text 778-783-0177, or IM youthspace.ca<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Training and Webinars<\/h1>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anxietycanada.com\/learn-about-anxiety\/anxiety-in-youth\/\">AnxietyCanada<\/a> programs are focused on increasing awareness of anxiety disorders and promoting education and evidence-based treatments. Trained clinicians present full-day workshops to teachers and parents on how to recognize anxiety disorders and apply tools that help manage anxiety. An annual \u201cInfo-Nite\u201d in Vancouver has evolved into mini-sessions held throughout the year.\u00a0 Provides a self-help-based resource for youth that addresses all the major anxiety disorders and teaches management strategies. It features an \u201cAnxiety 101\u201d quiz and sections on facing fears, thinking right, ways to chill, healthy habits and common problems.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/crisiscentre.bc.ca\/youthprograms\/\">Crisis Centre\u2019s Youth Programming<\/a> provides the building blocks for life-long resilience and well-being through single workshops and multi-session programming. Our interactive and practical programs are suitable for youth aged 12 through 24.
