Please see the attached file with information on walk-in and urgent care clinics, and how to put yourself on the list to get a family doctor. A copy of this information is also available in the Community Room.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraser Health has provided us with a list of dental resources for this 2023\/2024 school year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Included is a dental referral form that can be faxed or mailed to your local health unit.
