Local Hero Awards – Seeking Nominations

Do you know an outstanding volunteer in Burnaby? The City of Burnaby is seeking nominations for its 2021 Local Hero Awards. We encourage you to nominate volunteers who have made significant contributions to the wellbeing of the Burnaby community through a minimum of 5 years volunteer experience in at least two different volunteer activities. Nominations can be made through the City’s website at www.burnaby.ca/localheroes. Nomination deadline is Monday, May 10, 2021. Email socialplanning@burnaby.ca for more information.
