Jeroski)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 competencies of Communication, Thinking, Personal\/Social <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">represent\u00a0a continuum from emerging to sophisticated<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>profiles are strength based and student centered (descriptive and progressive)<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Circle metaphor defines a process of learning (not a slice) &gt; uses <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>&#8220;and&#8221;<\/em><\/span> not <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>&#8220;or&#8221;<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Unpacking the New Curriculum<\/h4>\n<p>In grade groups, choose a content area.
