Bookmarking<\/a>\u00a0is probably the one of the most useful methods for gathering and storing a huge range of information. \u00a0Of course the key is the ease of retrieving that content when needed. \u00a0More importantly in a classroom, you know your bookmarks have been vetted \u2013 a starting point for research and deep questions.<\/p>\n

Symbaloo \u2013 Education<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0sits on a visual platform. You create a grid of tiles to launch the weblinks. \u00a0It can also support RSS feeds (including class blogs \u2013 taking the\u00a0tool into a whole new realm). \u00a0Organization is through colour coded widget tiles, as well as using physical location on the board. \u00a0Each \u2018webmix\u2019 theme is further grouped by tabs (like tabs that separate subjects in a binder). \u00a0Webmixes can be shared online or email and made public\/private. \u00a0\u00a0If you haven\u2019t seen it, watch this\u00a0video<\/a>.
