English: We are continuing to read more from the novel “Wonder”. We are reading again from August’s perceptive which the students really enjoy. The students are wrapping up their movie posters. 

Math: Money math and reflex math. Students will also continue to rotate on the coffee cart practicing recognizing money and learning how to make change.

English: We will be reading more from the novel “Wonder”. We are reading from Jack’s perceptive and the students are loving it. The students may need a few more days to complete their movie posters. The posters are looking fantastic so far. The students are putting in a great deal of time and effort.

As part of the project they need to include the title, coloured illustrations, quotes/sentences from the novel that they like, a movie cast, the premier date and much more. They are really enjoying this activity.   

Math: Money math and reflex math. Students will also continue to rotate on the coffee cart practicing recognizing money and learning how to make change.
