UPDATE: The team of 10 students that represented Glenwood at the final, inter-school battle for the south zone represented us well and received compliments about their teamwork and behaviour from staff at other schools. They had a good time and did well. They ended up placing third of ten in the South Zone battle behind Maywood and Taylor Park. When we added in the results of the north-side battle that used the same questions, Glenwood placed fifth of fifteen in the whole district. Well done!

Next year’s students already seem eager and the competition for the final battle team could be very competitive! Stay tuned for next year’s event.

Divisions 1 and 2 are participating in Battle of the Books this year for the third term.
