Youthspace.ca is made up of a community of volunteers who\u00a0are trained in emotional support, crisis response, and ASIST Suicide First Aid. They are open every day from 6:00 pm to midnight Pacific Standard Time and all chats are anonymous.

Short Term, Assessment, Response, Treatment (START)<\/strong><\/a>
\nThe Short Term, Assessment, Response, Treatment (START) Team provides confidential mental health crisis intervention services for children and teens. Youth, families, schools and medical professionals can directly access their services by contacting the START Team at\u00a01-844-START11 (1-844-782-7811)<\/strong>. Hours of operation are\u00a0Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends and holidays noon to 9 p.m.<\/p>\n

\nMinistry of Education website that offers resources on bullying, as well as an\u00a0online tool<\/a>\u00a0for students to report bullying.<\/p>\n

Odyssey:\u00a0 Substance Abuse Services for Youth and Families<\/a>
\n<\/strong>Offering counselling programs for youth and families struggling with issues related to substance abuse.\u00a0 Youth can take part in the wide range of services including individual and family counselling, drop-in, social-recreational activities, crisis intervention referrals, and substance abuse education.
